Made in small batches on the Mancini family farm in Le Marche, Italy, this Spaghettoni is a masterclass in traditional pasta craftsmanship. Using 100% Italian durum wheat grown just metres from the pastificio itself, the grain is carefully milled and extruded through bronze dies, giving each strand a porous, sauce-gripping surface and a satisfyingly firm texture.
