Processing Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During busy periods (launches, promotions, Christmas, events), dispatch times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are estimated at 1–3 business days for urban areas and 2–5 business days for rural addresses.
Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.
Rural Deliveries

Rural deliveries may incur additional charges and longer delivery times.

Food & Perishable Items

While we pack carefully, Spiga Pantry cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.

We recommend arranging delivery to an address where someone can receive the parcel promptly.
Order Issues & Delays

Incorrect Addresses

We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

Damaged Parcels
