This is Soave with a serious sense of place.
Made from 100% Garganega grown on the dark volcanic soils of Monte Carbonare, it is mineral, elegant and
wonderfully distinctive. Citrus and wildflowers sit alongside smoky, flinty notes, with a creamy texture,
beautiful freshness and a long, dry finish.
A superb food wine — particularly with fish, risotto, truffle, white meats and aged cheeses.
