A stunning example of true Prosecco from Valdobbiadene, one of only two of the highest-quality DOCG Prosecco appellations. Perlage Proseccos are lovingly crafted in the most sustainable way possible and are certified both organic and biodynamic. This cuvée has a wonderful balance of bright acid with a fresh peaches, white plums and apple, coupled masterfully with a slight savoury touch.
